Let's Play (Bourne) Ltd does not accept responsibility for the supervision of your children.
The adult is fully responsible for ensuring their child plays safely and does not mis-use the play equipement.
Socks must be worn at all times by both child and adult. Should you forget socks, we can sell you socks on entry. We suggest you wear long sleeves and trousers.
Only food and drink brought at our cafe area is allowed to be eaten inside the centre. Food and drink from home must not be brought into the centre (with the exception of baby bottles and baby food).
Spectacles, jewellery, watches, money, sharp objects, mobile phone and any loose items in pockets must be removed before entering the play frame.
Accidents must be reported and logged with a member of staff before leaving .
We do not tolerate bullying or swearing! Any child who displays disruptive or destructive behaviour may be asked to leave.
Children who are clearly unwell must not enter the playframe.
We have a height limit of 4ft 9in to enable safe play, however if your child is above this we will allow play but only after an awareness briefing.
Toddler areas are strictly for 3 years and under. Ensure your older children do not enter this area.
Any deposit or entrance fee once paid is non-refundable.
The management reserve the right to alter any printed prices or times without prior notice.
The management decisions are always final
